We did a weekend trip to Louisville a few months ago and the Evan Williams tour was one of our favorites, sort of like being in an episode of “Drunk History.”

If you like beer, Apocalypse Brew Works is awesome — we stumbled on it by accident and felt really lucky to have found it. They have brewery cats! I love breweries with cats! But they have weird hours and they aren’t downtown.
